About the Spitjack
The SpitJack Rotisserie Brasserie was opened by husband and wife team, Richard and Laura, in mid 2017. The couple moved to Cork after years in high end hospitality. They wanted to open a restaurant that served only the highest quality local produce, expertly prepared, with exceptionally high service standards and the most beautiful dining spaces. After working in some of the worlds leading hotels the couple recognised the quality and high standard of Irish meat and wanted to focus their restaurant on this. After exploring several concepts they discovered the amazing possibility of Rotisserie Cooking and set off on a journey across Europe to learn more. Finding the perfect Rotisserie oven in France they traveled and worked in kitchens in Spain and Italy to learn the ancient
and modern methods for some of the most famous rotisserie dishes.
The SpitJack Cork
Located on Washington Street The SpitJack opened in mid 2017 and has quickly become one of Corks most popular dining venues for Brunch, Lunch and Dinner.

The SpitJack Limerick
The Spitjack Limerick opened in 2020. Located on the corner of Henry Street and Bedford Row, The Spitjack Limerick offers dining over 2 floors. With an open kitchen on the ground floor, a full cocktail bar on the lower floor and The beautiful Bedford Room for private dining, The Spitjack Limerick is equipped for all occasions.
